Graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Bologna, he has registered with the Italian Bar in 2003 and qualified to appear before the Highest Courts in 2015. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the University of Bologna, where he was also tasked with teaching and tutoring assignments. He has authored several articles on advertising law and torts and he has been a lecturer in various seminars and courses. He speaks fluent English.

His practice at the Firm focuses mainly on legal counsel and judicial defense in the fields of commercial and corporate law, negotiation, administrative law, procurement law and arbitration.

She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the University of Bologna, where she collaborated with the Chair of Civil Law for more than twenty years; she was also tasked with teaching assignments in the course of Media Law at that same University. She tutors in Civil Law at the Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni legali forensi “Enrico Redenti” in Bologna. She has authored several articles mainly on product liability, medical malpractice and advertising law.

Her practice at the Firm focuses mainly on legal counsel and judicial defense in the fields of advertising law and litigation (Giurì dell’Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria, AGCM), media law (press, television and web), privacy and data protection.

She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law from the University of Bologna, where she has collaborated for more than twenty years with the Chair of Civil Law and Media law; she was also a tutor in Civil Law in several Specialization Schools. She has authored a monographic work entitled “Conventional interests and banking operations: civil law issues” (Giuffrè, 2023), which offers a systematic analysis of the most relevant civil issues subject to banking disputes, of the monographic work “Private penalties” (Giuffrè, 2006), as well as various publications on usury and default interest, financial intermediation contracts, selling below cost, product placement and organic farming.

Maria Grazia’s practice in the Firm focuses mainly on legal counsel and judicial defense in the fields of banking law, financial intermediation, corporate law and competition.

Graduated to full votes in Law from the University of Bologna, she has registered with the Italian Bar in 1999 and she qualified to appear before the Highest Courts in 2013. She has collaborated for more than twenty years with the Chair of Civil Law at the Law School of the University of Bologna and she was appointed by the Ministry of Justice to be member of the examining commission for the Italian Bar exam.

Her practice in the Firm focuses mainly on legal counsel and judicial defense in the fields of family law, personal rights, inheritance law and real estate.

His practice in the Firm focuses mainly on legal counsel and judicial defense in the fields of insurance law, food law, consumer law and relations with public Authorities (such as AGCM, AGCOM, IVASS).

Graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre, she has registered with the Italian Bar in 2018. She obtained a Diploma from the Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni legali of the University of Roma Tre, where she conducts tutoring activities for the Chair of Civil Law. She has authored several publications concerning franchising and torts.

Her practice in the Firm focuses mainly on legal counsel and judicial defense in the fields of damages, medical malpractice and health law, as well as in the field of commercial and contract law.

Graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Bologna, she has registered with the Italian Bar in 2021. She attended several specialization courses on European Union law and contributed to articles on medical malpractice. She speaks fluent English.
