Issue no. 2/2021 of the journal Giurisprudenza Italiana hosts a monographic section on medical liability, edited by Prof. Enrico Gabrielli and Prof. Ugo Ruffolo.
The essays collected in the monographic section address multiple profiles relating to the topic of medical liability: from the most recent developments in the field of liability of the healthcare facility and of the individual doctor to the topic of informed consent, from insurance law to medical devices, from the new frontiers opened by the use of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare up to medical liability in the emergency due to Covid-19.
