The current state of emergency relating to the spread of Covid-19 (“Coronavirus”), also following the measures adopted by the Government to contain the spread of contagion, places businesses, but also individual citizens, in the face of new problems, also of a legal nature: from the effects of the economic situation on existing contracts, with any consequent difficulty in their fulfillment (can the current state of emergency be considered a “cause of force majeure”?), to the impact on the management of workplaces, both for employers and employees, up to the tax consequences and in terms of protection of personal data and privacy (also in light of the renewed relevance of health data).

The Firm is currently investigating all the aforementioned problems to offer advice and assistance also on these aspects, hoping to be able to contribute to the management of the current emergency situation.
